Terms of Sale – SleepyPods

This is a short summary of the key rules for shopping at SleepyPods. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.

Seller and contact

The sleepypods.pl store is operated by SleepyPods. Contact us by e-mail only: kontakt@sleepypods.pl or through the contact form. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT.
  • You always see the total price, including delivery, before you place your order.
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by trusted payment providers, and we start processing your order once payment has been received.

Delivery

  • Free tracked shipping on every order to the United Kingdom.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund. We always deliver within 30 days unless we agree otherwise.

Returns

  • As a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days from the day after delivery – no reason needed.
  • On top of that, SleepyPods offers a voluntary 365-day money-back guarantee. It does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Exception: e-books (digital content) once the download has begun with your consent and acknowledgement.

Faulty goods and complaints

  • Your goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). You can reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, and later ask for a repair, replacement or refund.
  • Make a complaint by e-mail at kontakt@sleepypods.pl – include your order number and a description of the problem.
  • We respond to complaints within 14 days.
