Your statutory right to cancel – 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your contract within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days run from the day after the last item arrives.

To cancel, send us a clear statement of your decision before the period ends – by e-mail to kontakt@sleepypods.pl or through the contact form. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

365-day money-back guarantee

We want you to try SleepyPods without any stress, so in addition to the statutory 14 days we offer a voluntary 365-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your Product. To use it:

• the Product must be complete (earbuds, case, accessories and packaging);
• include your order number or other proof of purchase from our store with your request.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

How to return – step by step

1. Write to us at kontakt@sleepypods.pl or through the contact form. Include your order number and tell us that you are cancelling or using the guarantee.
2. We will confirm your request and send you the address to return the goods to.
3. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods (unless they are faulty or not as described).

Refunds

• We will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost (our standard delivery is free), within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
• We use the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree otherwise. There is no fee for the refund.

Condition of the goods

When you use your statutory right to cancel, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the right to cancel

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to:

• digital content (PDF e-books) – once the download has begun, if you gave your express consent to it starting within the cancellation period and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

These exceptions do not affect the 365-day money-back guarantee for physical products or your rights if goods or digital content are faulty.

Faulty goods

A return is not the same as a complaint about faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you can reject them within 30 days for a full refund; after that you can ask for a repair or replacement and, if that fails, a price reduction or a refund. Faults that appear within 6 months of delivery are presumed to have been there at delivery. See our Terms of Service for details – we respond to complaints within 14 days.
