This is a short summary of the key rules for shopping at SleepyPods. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.

Seller and contact

The sleepypods.pl store is operated by SleepyPods. Contact us by e-mail only: kontakt@sleepypods.pl or through the contact form. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax. Any applicable sales tax, and any import duties or fees we collect, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • The total shown at checkout is final unless the checkout states that additional taxes or duties may apply.
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify Payments. Payments are handled by trusted payment providers, and we start processing your order once payment has been received.

Delivery

  • Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.
  • If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Returns

  • 365-day money-back guarantee: return your Product within 365 days of receiving it for a refund.
  • E-books (digital content) cannot be returned once the download has started.

Warranty claims

  • We are responsible for defects that become apparent within 2 years of delivery.
  • Make a claim by e-mail at kontakt@sleepypods.pl – include your order number and a description of the problem.
  • We respond to claims within 14 days.
